Personal information collected and processed for Basic Talks:

Basis for Processing your Personal Information: The basis for processing your personal data is to promote the talk you participate in, before and after the event itself.

• Personal data sought for the purpose of booking and initial promotion of your talk may include your photo, your name, your contact details including email address and mobile phone number, particulars of education, details regarding the record of your practice and confirmation of if you require an employment permit /visa/ or work authorisation.

• Personal data used for advertising and distributing your talk may include your photo, your name, your website, photos of your practice, and a voice recording of your talk.

• Sharing of Information: Outside of the relevant event team and partner, the information provided in your application will only be shared with potential funders and supporters for progressing the production, promotion, and documentation of the event.

• Storage period: Your information and documentation of the talk will be retained in the Basic Space organisational records in accordance to your agreement upon booking.

• If you do not provide the personal data requested, Basic Space will not be able to progress the production and promotion your talk.

Basis for Processing your Personal Information: The basis for processing your personal data is to keep you informed of our projects and activities.

• We only add you to our mailing list if you ask us to and give us your email information

• Storage period: if you are getting our emails and want to unsubscribe, please get in touch and we will remove you from the list.

Basis for Processing your Personal Information: The reason for processing your

personal data is to progress your application for the position or project you have

applied for with Basic Space Dublin.

• Personal data sought for the purpose of recruitment will include your name, your contact details including email address and mobile phone number, particulars of education, and details regarding you record of employment.

• Sharing of Information: Outside of the relevant application assessment team, the information provided in your application will only be shared for progressing the competition for which you have applied for, with a designated short-listing and / or interview board.

• Storage period: Your application will be retained in the Basic Space organisational records in accordance to your agreement upon applying.

• If you do not provide the personal data requested, Basic Space will not be able to progress your submission.

• Applications will be treated in strict confidence.
